Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene is one of the most widely used plastics. It has a high impact resistance and is suitable for heavy duty applications. Its main applications are screenprinting, point of sale units, internal signage and use in the refrigeration and automotive industries. It is easily digitally printed.

▪ CORUPLAS

For applications in the signage, packaging, printing, advertising point of sale, storage and transport industries. Advantages include its light weight, rigidity and water and chemical resistance. Various colours and thickness available. Easy to diecut, guillotine, shape and staple crease.  Can be ultrasonically welded and flatbed digitally printed.

▪ EASY PRINT PVC

Lithograde print PVC sheets. Available in white or clear gloss or matt. Stocked in 150, 240, 300, 480 and 500 micron thickness. Standard sheet sizes are 700mm x 1000mm, 1400mm x 1000mm. Easy to process and used extensively as overlays for light boxes and shelf talkers and wobblers.

▪ POLYSTYRENE

A high impact styrene sheet. White is available from 0.4mm to 5mm thickness. It is used for lampshades, internal lightboxes and Point Of Sale units and is suitable for short term outdoor use. It can be die cut, routed, glued, bent, screenprinted & vacuum formed for packaging inserts.

▪ SIMOCEL-AS, SIMOPOR & COPLAST FOAMED PVC

Very high rigidity yet with half the weight of normal PVC. An excellent vacuum forming material with a satin like surface appearance. Exceptional printing results. Coplast is weather resistant. Particularly used in the advertising and exhibition industries. It can be glued, welded, lacquered and is easy to bend and fabricate. Used for digital printing. Visit the SIMONA website.
